Chef Chandrachur always had a passion for culinary arts. After getting his degree in Bachelors of Science, he got his Diploma in Hotel Management Food Production & Qualified HACCP Training at the Food Craft Institute in Dehradun, to excel in the culinary field. He further honed his skills with a specialization in Indian Food Culture Certification from the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (IHM) Bangalore, certified by the Government of Tourism INCREDIBLE INDIA, Department of Tourism, Government of India.
A Culinary Trailblazer:
Chef Chandrachur’s culinary journey defied familial tradition, as he became the first in his entire family to join the hospitality industry. Though suggested to pursue a career in Chemistry, his innate love for cooking led him to follow his true passion. Inspired by his mother’s culinary skills since childhood, Chef Chandrachur’s fascination with cooking blossomed into a lifelong dedication to the culinary arts.
Crafting Molecular Gastronomy in Dubai:
Armed with a degree in Chemistry, Chef Chandrachur’s culinary experiments led him to create groundbreaking Molecular Gastronomy recipes that garnered immense popularity in Dubai. Guests at Signature by Sanjeev Kapoor Restaurant eagerly ordered his innovative dishes, bringing him widespread recognition and fame. Dubai’s media celebrated his culinary creations, highlighting the finesse of his Molecular Gastronomy skills.
Serving VVIPs with Excellence:
Chef Chandrachur’s culinary prowess attracted the attention of high-profile dignitaries, earning him the honor of serving VVIPs. He was specially invited, alongside Padmashri Awardee Grand Master Celebrity Chef Sanjeev Kapoor, to serve a sumptuous lunch and dinner for Honorable Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi. The prestigious event, organized by His Highness Mohammed Bin Zayad Bin Sultan Al Nahayan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, took place at the Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi. Chef Chandrachur’s culinary talents were also enlisted for VIP events in Lalit Srinagar for the Chief Minister of Jammu & Kashmir, as well as special events for exceptional delegates at Hilton Iru Fushi in the Maldives.
