Chef Gamer Rawats culinary odyssey began when he left his hometown in the valleys of The Himalayas to embark on a transformative journey. Schooled early by his renowned father, Chef Rawat of the prestigious Imperial Hotel, New Delhi, he honed his skills at acclaimed establishments worldwide.

With expertise from five-star luxury properties-such as, the Crowne Plaza, Intercontinental, Radisson, Sheraton and the world-famous Bukhara restaurant, Chef Rawat became a maestro of North Indian-style cooking. His passion and talent brought him to the United States, where he delighted diners as Executive Chef at Saffron in Morrisville, North Carolina, a restaurant recognized as one of the top 25 in the Triangle area by News & Observer food critics five times in a row. Behind every culinary masterpiece at Saffron stands a driving force - his wife, Mamta Rawat. With unwavering support, she has been an integral part of Chef Rawat's journey, inspiring and captivating diners with his culinary prowess.
